I'm the founder of Mann Architecture Design, PLLC and a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey. My practice focuses on residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout New York City, Westchester, Rockland County, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey.
Much of my work involves helping clients navigate the technical side of building. From zoning analysis and building code compliance to permit drawings, DOB filings, construction documents, and consultant coordination, I help turn ideas into projects that can be approved and built. My experience includes home additions, renovations, new construction, Alt-1 and Alt-2 filings, certificate of occupancy changes, and legalization projects and approvals through the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), Department of City Planning (DCP), and the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC).
I started Mann Architecture Design because I wanted to work directly with clients and provide practical, straightforward guidance throughout the design and permitting process. I believe clients deserve honest answers, clear communication, and an architect who understands both the design and technical requirements of their project.
When you work with me, you're working directly with your architect from the first conversation through permit approval and construction. Whether your project is a home renovation, an addition, or a complex filing, my goal is to make the process understandable, efficient, and well coordinated.
